Product Introduction
The precision column head cabinet is based on HMI as the core and uses a modular structure of RS485 bus to effectively control the power microenvironment of the column head cabinet. The cabinet is equipped with a full power detection module, a branch current measurement module, and a switch quantity module. The modules measure the full power of the total incoming line of the column head cabinet, including three-phase current and voltage, active and reactive power, frequency, power factor, and electric degree. The current and switch status of each branch are measured, and the electric quantity of each branch is calculated through HMI, and an on-site monitoring interface is generated.

Product features and technical parameters
Cabinet: The cabinet material is made of pot coated zinc plate or phosphating treated anti-corrosion coated steel plate, with a polyester epoxy powder anti-corrosion layer. The cabinet door adopts a dual structure, and a metal baffle is used inside the cabinet, leaving only the operating switch handle to prevent operators from directly contacting live exposed parts such as busbars, and to prevent foreign objects from coming into contact with electrical devices; The outer door of the cabinet adopts a metal mesh door, and the front door and left and right baffles can be flexibly disassembled to achieve front and side maintenance of the cabinet. Operations personnel do not need to open the front door (with a door lock) to observe the operation of the equipment. The cabinet can be wired up and down, and the back side can be wired.

The lightning protection module can be plugged and replaced, and it is equipped with an instantaneous overcurrent thermal circuit breaker, capable of withstanding 10000 surge surges.
